Lennox XC16-024 Limit Switch
A limit switch was crafted due to the fact that if the air never warms up inside the exchanger the you will lose heat in the ducts and the vents will just blow cool air. The limit switch contains a sensor in the heating area that makes the determination if and when the air is warmed to a point to activate the main blower.
Major warnings poorly running critical limit switch
- The HVAC system refuses to start nor will it stay running longer than 10 minutes
- The HVAC system is beginning to erratically time after time
