Lennox XC16 Air Filter
All air filters come in many varieties and specific sizes, in which the one you choose will depend on your demands for clean air and air handler requirements. The size of the filter is not really a optional choice because it is based on the declared size of your air handler. It is suggested that the air filter is exchanged for a new one every 90 days or so to maintain the best air quality inside the house.
Major signs of a poorly working dust filter
- It is advised to swap out your air filter about every three months in order to have clean air running through the unit
- Filter appears grimy and crammed with dust completely
- Sunlight does not show through the filter at all
