Lennox XP14-048 Heat Element
The heat element allows the air to be warmed before it is dispersed throughout the house. Your heating system cannot possible make any warmed air for the whole home if your heat element goes bad.
Major indications of a weak heating element
- Furnace element will not get warm or get to max heat temp due to its age
- Lack of heat produced by the heat element at all
- The heat element looks bad, dented and in rough shape
