Lennox XP19-024 Control Board
It is impossible for your furnace or air handler to even function without the control board hooked up and is correctly configured. The control board is made to oversee the gas valve, the igniter, the flame sensor as well as the blower all at once. Be very careful when choosing a control board because of the wide variety of brands, models and types of systems. The selected board will have a part number that will match the brand and the model of HVAC system.
How can I tell if my HVAC circuit board is almost dead?
- Air conditioning or heating system will not run whatsoever
- The HVAC system has to be powered down and back up frequently for it to kick in
- When turned on, there is numbered code indicated directly somewhere on the circuit board

If you are going to be buying or purchasing a replacement control board for your Lennox XP19-024, do your due diligence and cross-check the correct model as well as make a visual inspection so that you are positive that the correct control board is the one being purchased. There is no rule that says you have to install the replacement part alone. Hire someone with experience locally to do it for you.
