Lennox XP19-030 Limit Switch
A normal limit switch contains a sensor in the heat exchanger that determines when the heated air is warmed to a point for the blower to be activated. This is important due to the fact that if the air never warms up inside the exchanger the you will lose heat in the ducts and the vents will just blow cool air.
Major warnings of an unhealthy limit type switch
- The whole system is beginning to act differently occasionally
- The heating and AC system will not start or run well like it should
