Mitsubishi MS12TN Ignition Control Board
The purpose of the ignition control board is that it oversees the main gas intake valve, the ignition ignitor and some more sensing equipment. It is an important safety feature that some manufacturers have decided to blend to be a major component of the main board instead of a separate board.
