Mitsubishi MSZ-A26YV Thermistor
In an HVAC system, a thermistor is a type of resistor whose resistance fluctuates depending on the temperature at its location. They convey to the heating and cooling system when a certain temperature has been reached. The control board deciphers the temp in some specific areas of the system to make a decision on what needs to be done.

- Blower motor refuses in its attempt to get up to full speed
- The whole HVAC system may not initiate the starting sequence depending on which is the inaccurate thermistor
