Mitsubishi PEA Control Board
HVAC systems will not operate whatsoever without the main control board installed. The control board is designed to command the gas valve, the igniter, the flame sensor as well as the blower all in one unit. You must do some research when you choose a replacement due to so many small differences in systems. The selected board should match the model number with both the brand and model of the unit in question.
Key symptoms of a declining main circuit board
- System will not go period
- There seems to be a fault code shown directly somewhere on the circuit board
- Power to the control board has to be reset many times a day for it to run correctly
