Nordyne M3RL Series Control Board
Heating and cooling systems will not even activate lest this board is installed. The Nordyne M3RL Series control board is made to control the gas valve, the ignition igniter, the flame sensor as well as the blower all together. The correct control board should match the model number with both the brand and model of the unit you have installed. You must do some research while selecting a replacement due to variances between certain brands.
Clues of an ineffective main board
- The power to the system needs to be reset more often than not for the furnace or AC to kick on
- The entire system is unwilling to run properly
- Could be an a strange type of error code displayed on the circuit board
