Panasonic CS-E12NKUAW Limit Switch
A normal limit switch has a sensor in the heat exchanger that makes the determination if and when the air is actually warm enough so that it may be pushed through the ducts and out the vents. The reason limit switches exist is because if the air is not warm enough then the house will never get warm enough.
What are the indications that my limit switch most likely has to be replaced?
- The HVAC system refuses to kick in or will not stay running longer than 30 seconds
- The Panasonic system begins to erratically on a regular basis
