Paragon W18 Draft Inducer
A draft inducer, or vent blower, is one out of many safety designs within your Paragon W18 system. Also called a draft inducer blower, it provides ample air draft for an unpolluted and much safer gas combustion.The vent motor designed to move air and stale gas out from the furnace into the outside.
Simple indications of a faulty draft inducer
- Vent motor will not run at the beginning of the launch of the startup phase
- Electric current is getting to the vent motor but the motor will not run
- The main air circulating motor does not get the chance to start up
