Payne PA13NR03000GAAAA Limit Switch
Limit switches were created due to the fact that if the air never warms up inside the exchanger the you will lose all the heat as the air flows through the ducts. A normal limit switch contains a sensor in the heat exchanger that determines if and when the air is actually warm enough for the main blower to kick in and circulate the air.
Hints limit switch is going out
- The HVAC system is starting to ramp up but then stops repeatedly
- The heating and cooling system will not even start or run well longer than 10 minutes
