Payne PG8MAA036045AAJA Limit Switch
The limit switch is a type of sensor switch in the heat exchanger that decides if and when the air is warm enough that it can be circulated throughout the house. Limit switches exist due to the fact that if the air never warms up inside the exchanger then you will never get hot air through the ducts.
How do you know if your critical limit switch really needs to be replaced?
- The Payne system begins to stop suddenly from time to time
- The HVAC system refuses to kick in or run well like it should
