Red flags the primary blower motor dying and should be replaced
- The main blower may find it real hard to make enough volume or airflow through the vents.
- Upon starting the system the electrical circuit is quickly blown, stopping the HVAC system because the motor shorted out.
- The blower motor creates a horrible grinding sound while starting or while the system is currently running.
- The blowing of air through the vents has difficulty starting and then ends suddenly while running.
