Payne PG8MAA048070AAJA Limit Switch
A normal limit switch contains a sensor in the air handler that makes the determination when the air is warm enough to activate the main blower. The main reason limit switches are made is due to the fact that if the air never warms up inside the exchanger the you will lose all the heat as the air flows through the ducts.
Some warnings limit switch should be replaced
- The system is starting to become unpredictable time after time
- The HVAC system is unable to start nor will it stay running for any significant length if time
