Payne PY1PNB030060AAAA Limit Switch
The main reason limit switches are made is due to the fact that if the air never warms up inside the exchanger the you will lose all the heat as the air flows through the ducts. A normal limit switch is a type of sensor switch located in the furnace that decides when the heated air is actually warm enough so that it may be pushed through the ducts and out the vents.
Indications poorly running main limit switch
- The system begins to erratically more than once
- The HVAC system will not even start or run longer than 30 seconds
