The limit switch is a switch located in the furnace that senses, or governs, when the air is warmed to a point that it can be circulated throughout the house. This is important because if the air is not warm enough the you will lose heat in the ducts and the vents will just blow cool air.
What symptoms are present when the limit switch is not working right?
