The specialized blade creates the movement of air away from the wall unit. The fan blade also draws air inside of the unit which assists in keeping the heating or cooling system cooled down whilst performing its duty.
Major indications your fan will need to be replaced
- The unit has issues when it tries to blow the proper amount of air to make any difference in the room
- The main fan blade generates a very unhealthy sound when turning it off
- The air circulating blade looks chipped or wrecked and in very bad shape
