The front panel of the wall unit has been known to break for one reason or another, it contains the controls and vent fins which controls the direction of the air flow.
Some clues the front cover probably will eventually need to be replaced
- The movable plastic air vents that are located in the front panel have been taken out
- Main panel is wobbly and possible duct taped in order to remain on the system unit
