The filter is designed to be good at trapping really small dust parts and other miniscule particles as it is being forced through the system. The filter can both protect the unit and make it work a lot better at doing its job while also filtering the air you breathe in your house. Because it is really easy to do, the unit filter must be changed out or cleaned every so often depending on how much you use it.
What happens when my dust filter has a need to be replaced?
