Your furnace is unable to make the heated air to heat the home properly if the heat element is broken. The heating element forces the air to be heated prior to the blower having it distributed all around the home.
Warnings the heating element will have to be replaced
- Furnace element can not get hot or not hot enough to generate heat anymore
- The piece seems to be old, charred and in rough shape
- There is a lack of heat supplied through the system at all
