It can be replaced with or without the blade, this makes replacing it a lot easier to do and cheaper too. It is critical that you buy a replacement motor with the correct voltage and the same amps as it is on the bad motor.

- The compressor cooling motor starts to smoke or sparks while in use
- The Whirlpool motor does not move the blade
