Whirlpool ATR0743RPP0 Limit Switch
A normal limit switch contains a sensor located in the furnace that determines when the air is warm enough to activate the main blower. The reason limit switches exist is due to the fact that if the air inside the furnace is too cool the you will lose all the heat as the air flows through the ducts.
Main clues limit switch will soon need to be replaced
- Your Whirlpool system is unable to start or run longer than 30 seconds
- The Whirlpool system is beginning to become inconsistent more than once
