Whirlpool ATR1253BPP0 Limit Switch
The reason limit switches exist is due to the fact that if the air inside the furnace is too cool the you will lose heat in the ducts and the vents will just blow cool air. A normal limit switch contains a sensor located in the furnace that determines when the air is warm enough so that it may be pushed through the ducts and out the vents.
Red flags critical limit switch will eventually need to be replaced
- The HVAC system will not start nor will it stay running like it ought to
- The whole system is starting to initiate and then stops from time to time
