A transformer is inside many electronic products which also includes your heating system and it converts the electrical output from a particular voltage to a different one. When you replace one, be sure to purchase a transformer that is correctly measured to the right voltage that is needed. Transformers can all be different and you must follow specific volts and amps requirements.

- No power analyzed leaving the HVAC transformer while tested with the unit on
- Flawed voltage is found stemming from the chief transformer
- The volt dropping transformer looks cracked or may look broken while electricity is running through it
