The Whynter ARC-131GD control board is made to regulate everything including the gas valve, the ignition igniter, all the sensors as well as the blower all in one unit. The entire heating and cooling system will not run unless the control board is installed. The board you select is supposed to have a part number that matches the brand and the model of your particular system. You must do some research when choosing a control board because of the diversity of particular brands and their models.
