Williams 7691 Filter
The unit filter is responsible for removing small dust molecules and other particles as it passes through. This helps make the unit cleaner and help it be much more efficient while also filtering the air in your home. Because of the nature of filtering air, it should be simply replaced or cleaned at least twice a year if not more, in order to keep things clean.
What red flags are there that my filter is not working right?
- If you place a light source behind it, the light will almost not penetrate through a dirty filter
- Air filter appears filthy and stuffed with dirt very badly
- It is highly advised to replace your air filter every season of the year to help prevent mold and bacteria build-up
